The city view was INCREDIBLE! The beds were soft. The shower and bath tub was wonderful! I came for a hair appointment and stayed for the weekend. It was so nice! The hotel is full of beautiful art and lovely people. The valet team REALLY shined too. More than everyone the valet and room service personnel were the absolute best! 9/10 overall...will def recommend!

We used the club level room which was very nice for sitting and relaxing with a nice view of Atlanta, and the availability of snacks (inclusive) and alcoholic drinks (extra cost).

Deluxe King room was a nice size. Fitness center had peloton bikes which I used both days of my stay.

room comfort, accessibility to mall and Marta, staff ( especially Lamin your courtesy driver can’t say enough about him a gem as are the valet staff that went overboard to help me even to get an Uber) front desk super helpful even bartenders.

Very convenient. We were visiting the French consulate so it was literally a few steps away. The mall can be also be accessed directly from the hotel. We valet parked the car and walked everywhere.

Facility was impeccable. Room felt much bigger than the square footage advertised. Every member of the staff, including the cleaning staff and valets, were kind and helpful. It was one of the few times I felt appreciated staying in a hotel. We will definitely be booking our next Atlanta stay at this property!

The room was a very nice size and the bathroom was modern. We had a very nice experience checking in. Also, Friday and Saturday evening there were snacks and iced tea in the lobby. That was a really nice touch. The valet team were all amazing and the hospitality staff very helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable. Buckhead is a beautiful area and having direct access to the mall is convenient. There's also a shuttle that has a 2 mile radius and a metro station nearby. Breakfast was great!

I personally like the water fountain near the lobby.Next, my kids had a good time in the nice heated pool as well as the jacuzzi.Lastly I enjoyed the nice view of downtown Atlanta.
